Physical Therapy
We offer private one-on-one physical therapy appointments. These appointments may encompass several modalities; such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, therapeutic yoga, acupcuncture, and dry needling; and you will also receive valuable education and advice to aid with your recovery.
Pelvic Health
Pelvic health physical therapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy involving the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor and deep core muscles. This area of physical therapy deals with pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, painful intercourse, prolapse, recovery pre-/post- pregnancy and surgery, urinary incontinence including urgency and frequency, and diastasis rectus abdominus.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins – the body’s natural pain-relieving neurohormones – through the insertion of needles into specific anatomical points (acupuncture points) to encourage natural healing. Therapeutic effects include: pain relief, increased energy, improved mood, and improved body function.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that helps relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness. Using a combination of techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and relaxation massage, our registered massage therapists (RMTs) tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
Massage Therapy with Hot Stones
Hot stone massage therapy is a therapeutic treatment that combines traditional massage techniques with the use of heated basalt stones to enhance relaxation and relieve muscle tension. The smooth, heated stones are placed on key points of the body and used by the therapist to massage muscles with gentle to deep pressure. The warmth of the stones helps to improve circulation, ease stiffness, and promote deep relaxation by allowing muscles to relax more quickly and effectively.
Pediatric Massage Therapy
Pediatric massage therapy is a gentle, nurturing treatment designed specifically for infants, children, and adolescents. Using light, soothing strokes and age-appropriate techniques, this therapy helps promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support healthy growth and development.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. This specialized therapy helps reduce swelling, promote detoxification, and support the immune system by encouraging the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and toward the lymph nodes.
Cupping
Cupping massage therapy is a therapeutic technique that combines traditional massage with suction cups to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support healing. The therapist applies specialized cups to the skin, creating a vacuum effect that gently lifts the tissues. This technique helps to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and release fascial restrictions, making it beneficial for pain relief, muscle recovery, and relaxation.
TMJ Massage
If you’re experiencing jaw pain, headaches, or tension around your face, neck, or shoulders, TMJ massage therapy may help. Targeting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and surrounding muscles, this specialized treatment is designed to reduce discomfort caused by jaw clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), and TMJ dysfunction. Our approach combines gentle external and intraoral techniques to release tight muscles, improve jaw mobility, and restore function.
FJNS massage
FJNS massage is a treatment that focuses on areas of the body that often get overlooked and at times is not thoroughly treated in a regular massage due to time being used for other parts of the body. With the focus being on the internal and external face & jaw, neck and scalp, this treatment is deeply relaxing while still treating the root cause of deep tension and stress within these areas. Use of various techniques are utilized in this treatment including guasha, silicone cupping and a fascial tongue pull.
Spinal Rejuvenation Massage
Spinal rejuvenation therapy caters to the fascial, structural and energetic health of the spinal midline. It combines biodynamic craniosacral spinal holds, spinal silicone cupping layout, and the use of therapeutic grade essential oils with hands on manipulation techniques and massage to the spine, assisting the midline back into a state of balance and equilibrium.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
BCST is a permission based, gentle hands-on modality. The touch is light and still, and through informed relational touch by the practitioner, a space of safety and anchoring is established. When our system feels safe this allows the client to reconnect with the inherent health and wisdom of their body. Without safety healing can not occur. The practitioner will ONLY provide support and not impose any predetermined treatment plan or specific intent on the client, allowing the body to make the shifts required to re-regulate the nervous system. This can lead to clients reconnecting with their body's own natural resources and healing, allowing their system to begin processing and releasing patterns, traumas and emotions that have become held within.
